Fraserhood—The folks over at Prado Cafe have quickly opened up a third location in the Kensington–Cedar Cottage neighbourhood. From owner Sammy Piccolo, Prado is wasting no time in carving out their piece of Vancouver's crowded but ample coffee market.

Adding the "+ Kitchen" suffix, the new location is upping its food service with brunch items like toast and waffles among other light mid-morning treats.

Their flat white was on point in its milky crisp taste brewed from the familiar 49th Parallel coffee beans and served in those trademark blue cups.

The twenty-seater cafe has all the hallmarks of Prado's style with its own subtle Fraserhood twists.
