On Chris' wedding day, after a round of pitch and put golf, we hit up Rogue near his house for an early lunch and a few beers to build up courage for the day.

I do like Rogue's selection of local and west coast craft beers. There's always something good to chug down.

My crispy chicken sandwich (with smoked bacon and cheddar on sesame brioche bun) was surprisingly good and lived up to the crispy promise. I enjoyed it and found it a lively combination of chicken, bacon, and cheese.

The pulled pork sandwich (with house made bourbon stout bbq sauce, braised pork shoulder on ciabatta bread) was a fairly standard offering on the staple hand held.

The mediterranean pizza (with red and yellow bell peppers, artichoke hearts, kalamata olives, red onion, goat cheese, and mozzarella) looked tasty. It's a good offering on bar pizza.

I like to call the Fairview area along the West Broadway strip near Cambie Street the corridor of chain restaurants. Rogue's new location has brightened up the section a bit and offers a decent value for drinks and bar food.
