After a night on the town, a bunch of us were starving and decided for some all you can eat sushi goodness. It was a great idea, but we left so very full.

The sushi and raw stuff was all great. I garbled down the spicy salmon and chopped scallop cones. The sashimi was also up to par. The raw beef was a little cold and frozen at times, but not too, too bad.

The cooked stuff wasn't as good. The teriyaki chicken and katsu were average at best. The service and staff were generally agreeable and tentative. It was a good choice for a late evening dinner for a few starving socialites.

Funny enough, the second the clock struck to 9:30, a massive wave of teenagers hit the restaurant for the late night AYCE special. It was ridiculous. I'd definitely go back and the experience was generally a good one sans the so-so cooked dishes.

I LOVE Tomokazu. Their lunch special for $9.95 and late night for $12.95 make it a great deal AND they have $2.50 beer. How can you go wrong? You're right, the raw stuff is best.
Did I mention $2.50 beers?!
There's not too many AYCE restaurants that are "good." Would you say this is one of them? Do you have a favorite?
