Dinner at Ebisu on Robson Japanese restaurant on Robson Street on January 23, 2010.

I like Ebisu. I find it a nice, reliable spot for sushi and Japanese eats. I use to go their constantly when I worked downtown for their lunch specials.

I always get the chicken karaage (top) and chopped scallop roll (above) which are solid. I was surprised how big the entrée karaage portion was. It was massive and filling with good quality chicken too.

My friend Jisoo got this crazy red roll which satisfied as well as her oysters.

Ebisu is good for a solid outing. It will not set the world on fire, but it does the trick.
