Riley Park–Little Mountain—Matchstick Coffee Roasters opened their third cafe location in the underserved neighbourhood around 32nd and Main Street.
The corner spot is bright and full of natural light with floor-to-ceiling windows.
Their coffee including their lovely rotating pour overs is delightful as ever.
Martinez (Origin: La Plata/Huila, Columbia / Profile: Almond, chocolate, butterscotch).
Like their other cafes, there's a basic light food service based around their fresh bread.
I gobbled up the ratatouille sandwich (with mozzarella and parsley salsa verde) and its comforting batch of substantial ingredients.
The Riley Park neighbourhood has clearly already embraced the local coffee brand in its shiny new location full of the same appealing decor, good coffee, and sparkling atmosphere.
