Twelve hundred or so well-dressed Vancouverites hitting the means streets to enjoy a global trend in communal dining.

This French secret dinner tradition coming to Canada for a late summer night party on the waterfront.

Left: Myself, Dîner en Blanc organizer Jordan Kallman from The Social Concierge, and Teresa Lee.

Guests shuffling and being guided by team leaders across the city by foot or shuttle to an unknown location, adding to the mystery.

A viral event, trending city wide, as to where the secret, undisclosed location was as mobs of white clad patrons march across towards the convention centre outdoor plaza.

At the stroke of 9:30pm, a Dîner en Blanc tradition, everyone lighting and raising sparklers for a fun, genuine moment of community.

Enjoying a beautiful night dining by the water (along with the Pangs, Dennis and May).
